Academic Custodianship Program
The Custodian’s primary role is to ensure that a minor student has the necessary advice and support to reside safely within Canada. Our custodianship package includes:
- Welcome Orientation event;
- Monitoring reports;
- Liaising with school officials and representatives;
- Signing parental waivers for school-related functions and activities;
- Assistance in accessing immediate medical services;
- 24/7 emergency-line;
- Attending parent-teacher meetings when requested;
- Quality Control: Close follow-up to ensure the student is adjusting to the homestay and academic program;
- Encouraging students to take part in extracurricular activities and community/social events;
Custodianship Letter*
Available for short term students enrolled in an ESL or Summer and Winter Camps.
*Student must be enrolled in our homestay program to upgrade to this package.
Airport Transfer Service**
Do you need transportation from the airport to your accommodation?
We can book a pickup or drop off transfer according to your arrival & departure. Our partner’s fleet of vehicles is fully licenced and insured. Smaller vans make rapid runs with fewer students that allow us you to move between the airport and your host's home quickly and efficiently. We are your best choice for safe and affordable transfers.
