This property is within a 15-minute walk of Queen Street and the Art Gallery of Ontario. Princess of Wales Theatre and Royal Alexandra Theatre are also within 2 km. Saint Patrick Station is 18 minutes by foot.

Low Season (Oct. – April): from CAD$68 per night, single occupancy (minimum 30 day stay)

Damage deposit: CAD$250 (one time/ CAD$200 refundable if no damage to the property)

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

• Placement Fee is non-refundable.
• Damage deposit is non-refundable in the event of guest cancellation before check-in.
• In extreme circumstances, it may be necessary for us to cancel a reservation and, if so, we shall make all practical efforts to offer a comparable alternative. If this is not acceptable, then we will refund any sum paid in advance, which shall constitute full and final settlement of any liability we may have a result of such cancellation.
• Refunds will be processed in up to 30 business days.
• A refund form may be requested directly from our office by e-mail.
• Refunds are subject to a CAD$130 administrative fee.
