The best restaurants and stores are close to the Apartments and we offer you the opportunity to enjoy the many activities of the entertainment district. Other fees:

One-time Placement (booking/administrative) Fee: CAD$215

Damage deposit: CAD$300 (one time/CAD$250 refundable if no damage to the property)

• Minimum age to check in is 18 years.
• Restricted check in hours: Reception is open from 9AM to 7PM from Monday to Friday and from 9:30AM to 4:30PM on weekends.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

• Placement Fee is non-refundable.
• Damage deposit is non-refundable in the event of guest cancellation before check-in.
• In case of cancellation before check-in, a 10% of the total amount invoiced is non-refundable/due.
• Refunds are subject to a CAD$130 administrative fee.
• There are no refunds for early departures and tax may be applicable.
• In extreme circumstances, it may be necessary for us to cancel a reservation and, if so, we shall make all practical efforts to offer a comparable alternative. If this is not acceptable, then we will refund any sum paid in advance, which shall constitute full and final settlement of any liability we may have a result of such cancellation.
• Refunds will be processed in up to 30 business days.
• A refund form may be requested directly from our office by e-mail.
